Contact form

The contact form does not send your details to a website backend. It creates a new message in your device’s default email application. Once you send the email, the data is processed through the relevant email providers.

Local storage

The website uses localStorage only to remember your light/dark theme choice and whether you dismissed the privacy notice. We have not embedded first-party analytics code, advertising pixels or marketing cookies.

Hosting technical data

The hosting provider and network infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, access date/time and security information where necessary to operate and protect the service.

Purposes and legal bases

Information you send is used to handle your enquiry and, where a legal engagement follows, to provide legal services. The appropriate legal basis is determined case by case, including pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract or legitimate interests.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
